Vivo Y5s with 5000mAh battery, MediaTek Helio P65 SoC, triple rear camera setup launched

  Vivo has launched the Vivo Y5s smartphone in China. It sports a 6.53-inch (2340 × 1080 pixels) Full HD+ display with waterdrop notch. It comes with a polycarbonate body. It does support dual SIM connectivity.


  The Vivo Y5s is powered by the 2.0 GHz Octa-Core MediaTek Helio P65 (MT6768) 12nm processor with ARM Mali-G52 GPU. It packs 6GB RAM with 128GB internal storage, and you can expand storage up to 256GB with micoSD card. It runs on Android 9.0 (Pie) with Funtouch OS 9 UI.

  The Vivo Y5s features a triple rear camera setup, it has a 16MP primary rear camera with Sony IMX499 sensor, f/1.78 aperture, a 8MP 120° ultrawide sensor with f/2.2 aperture, and a 2MP 4cm macro sensor with f/2.4 aperture. It also comes with a 16MP front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture.

  The Vivo Y5s features a rear mounted fingerprint sensor and it also comes with face unlock support. It has Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac dual-band, Bluetooth 5, GPS/GLONASS connectivity. It has a microUSB port and 3.5mm audio jack. It packs a 5000mAh battery with supports 18W fast charging.

  The Vivo Y5s is priced at 1498 yuan (Rs. 15,230 approx.) in China and will go on sale in China soon.
