Android 9 Pie OTA update starts rolling out to Mi TV 4A series smartTVs

  Xiaomi launched Mi TV 4A 32-inch HD ready and 43-inch Full HD models last year, these smartTVs runs on Patchwall based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS. Now Xiaomi has started rolling out the Android TV Pie update for these TVs.


  This update brings Chromecast feature, you can use your Android phones or Google Home devices to play movies etc over Chromecast protocol. This update also brings Data Saver that helps reduce the mobile data usage and increases the watch time by up to 3x, monitor their data usage while watching TV, YouTube, Play Store, Play Movies and more.
