ColorOS 7 announced

  OPPO has announced ColorOS 7, the next major ColorOS update at an event in China. The company said that the new ColorOS 7 brings improvements to performance with a 25% increase in the startup, a 40% improvement in RAM utilization, improved gaming performance, and more. The new ColorOS 7 comes with refreshed icons in UI, expansion of live wallpapers, polar night mode, new video editing assistant, and more.


  The ColorOS 7 comes with Focus mode’ that is similar to Zen Mode found on Oxygen OS in OnePlus devices. This new update brings some interesting features like Half-screen option, it enables the interface to show cards in the bottom part of the screen. The ColorOS 7 brings Driving mode, Sleep mode, Sidebar which is like a small drawer, Password Book, and Flashback that essentially allows you to multitask with ease.

  The ColorOS 7 beta version will be available for OPPO Reno, OPPO Reno 10x zoom and OPPO Reno Ace smartphones from November 25th 2019, while the Reno 2 will get ColorOS 7 beta version in December 2019 in China.
