All New 16-inch Apple MacBook Pro is here

  Apple has officially announced the all-new MacBook Pro in US. The new MacBook Pro sports a larger 16-inch Retina display with a resolution of 3072 x 1920 pixels, up to 60Hz refresh rate, 500 nits brightness and comes with P3 wide color gamut. It comes with a Magic keyboard with a scissor mechanism, and features a physical Escape key (esc) and an inverted-“T” arrangement for the arrow keys, along with Touch Bar and Touch ID.


  The new MacBook Pro has got a larger impeller with extended blades along with bigger vents, and a 35% larger heat sink. This results in a 28 percent increase in airflow and enables significantly more heat dissipation.

  The New MacBook Pro is powered by up to 8-core Intel Core i9 processor with 2.3GHz base clock speed and can be boosted up to 5GHz. Regarding the GPU, it features the new AMD Radeon Pro 5000M series graphics paired with GDDR6 video memory and with an 8GB VRAM option. It supports up to 64GB RAM and up to 8TB SSD storage. It also comes with a 720p webcam. It runs on macOS Catalina operating system.

  The Apple MacBook Pro features Thunderbolt 3 ports that support USB 3.1 Gen2 (10Gbps) and DisplayPort video output, and a 3.5mm audio socket. There's also Wi-Fi 802.11ac and Bluetooth 5 connectivity. It houses a 100Wh battery that charges through a 96W USB Type-C power adapter. It is available in Silver and Space Grey colour options.

Price and Availability

  The New Apple MacBook Pro price starts at start at Rs. 1,99,900. It will go on sale in the US this week starting at $2,399. The base model features a 2.6GHz six-core Intel Core i7 CPU, 512GB SSD, 16GB of 2666MHz DDR4 RAM, and AMD Radeon Pro 5300M GPU.
