  Emperion has teased a smartphone, in a tweet, that has the form factor of a phone and is apparently running Windows 10 on an ARM based processor.   Finally, OnePlus has started rolling out OxygenOS 10.3.1 for the OnePlus OnePlus 7T Pro and OxygenOS 10.3.1 for for the OnePlus 7 Pro and OnePlus 7 smartphones in India.
