Android 11 developer preview is out

  Finally, Google has introduced the Android 11 developer preview. The New Android 11 developer preview is now available to download for the Pixel 2, Pixel 3a, Pixel 3, and the Pixel 4. Google makes it clear that the preview build is strictly for developers and is not suitable for regular users.
