Qualcomm Snapdragon 632 mobile platform with Dual 4G connectivity announced

  Qualcomm has announced the Snapdragon 632, Snapdragon 439 and Snapdragon 429 Mobile Platforms. The company said, These mobile platforms will give you better performance, better battery life, more efficient designs, impressive graphics and artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities, and are targeted at mid-range and budget devices.


 The Qualcomm Snapdragon 632 SoC is based on 14nm FinFET process technology. It is a Octa-Core processor based on Quad 1.8GHz Kryo 250 Performance + Quad 1.8GHz Kryo 250 Efficiency CPUs. It packs a Adreno 506 GPU. It has bluetBlue 5.0 connectivity. It has NFC connectivity. It can support  GPS, GLONASS, Beidou, Galileo, QZSS and SBAS. It has Qualcomm Aqstic Audio technology.


  The Snapdragon 632 SoC has Integrated X9 LTE, Snapdragon All Mode with support for LTE FDD, LTE TDD, LTE Broadcast, WCDMA (DB-DC-HSDPA, DC-HSUPA), TD-SCDMA, CDMA 1x, EV-DO, GSM/EDGE. It can support Cat 12/13 speeds of up to 300 Mbps down/150 Mbps up via 2×20 MHz uplink and downlink carrier aggregation, Up to 64-QAM. The Snapdragon 632 mobile platform can support Dual 4G VoLTE connectivity.

  The Qualcomm Snapdragon 632 mobile platform can support up to Full HD+ display. It has 14-bit 2x Image Sensor Processor (ISP) and it can support Up to 24 MP single camera and Up to 13 MP dual camera. It can support Hybrid Autofocus, Optical Zoom and Real-time bokeh. This processor can support 4K Ultra HD @ 30fps video recording, and it can support 1080p@120fps video recording.

  The Company said, The Snapdragon 632 SoC will deliver 40% higher performance compared to Snapdragon 625 and Snapdragon 626 mobile platforms.
