Moto Z3 Play with dual rear camera, 6-inch full HD+ AMOLED display launched

  Motorola has launched the Moto Z3 play smartphone, this smartphone is the company’s latest mid-range smartphone in the Moto Z series and it does support for Moto Mods. The Moto Z3 has a 6-inch (1080 x 2160 pixels) Full HD+ Super AMOLED display with 18:9 aspect ratio and it has Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The Moto Z3 Play comes with a 6000 series polished aluminium frame that has a splash-resistant P2i nano-coating. This smartphone comes with bunch of Moto Experiences, including Moto Display and Moto Actions. Also, the handset features the proprietary One Button Nav bar at the bottom that enables gesture controls. It has dual sim card slot.


  The Moto Z3 play is powered by a 1.8GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 636 14nm Mobile Platform processor with Adreno 509 GPU. It has 4GB RAM with 32GB / 64GB storage, expandable memory up to 2TB with microSD card. This smartphone is running on Android 8.1 (Oreo) out of the box.

  The Moto Z3 Play comes with Dual rear camera setup, it has a 12MP rear camera with dual-tone LED flash, f/1.7 aperture, 1.4um pixel size and it has a secondary 5MP rear camera with f/2.2 aperture. It has single 8MP front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture. The rear camera can record 4K videos at 30fps.


  The Moto Z3 Play has fingerprint sensor and it has also face unlock feature. It has 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4 GHz + 5 GHz), Bluetooth 5 LE and GPS connectivity. Sadly the Moto Z3 Play comes without 3.5mm Audio jack. It has USB Type-C port. It has Front port loud speaker and 4 far-field mic system. It packs a 3000mAh battery and it can support Turbo charging.

  The Moto Z3 Play is priced at 2,299 Brazilian Real (Rs. 40,157 approx.) in Brazil. It will roll out globally starting this month in Brazil. It will be available this summer in the U.S. at Sprint and U.S. Cellular as well as unlocked. The Moto Z3 Play will also arrive in the US sometime this summer at $499 (Rs. 33,500 approx.) along with the Moto Power Pack.
