Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) with Quad rear camera, Snapdragon 660 SoC launched

  Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) smartphone has been launched, this is the world's first smartphone with quad rear camera. It packs a 6.3-inch (1080×2220 pixels) Full HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity display. It has dedicated Dual sim card slot and dedicated microSD card slot. It can support dual 4G VoLTE connectivity.


  The Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) is powered by the Octa Core Snapdragon 660 14nm Mobile Platform (Quad 2.2GHz Kryo 260 + Quad 1.8GHz Kryo 260 CPUs) with Adreno 512 GPU. It has 6GB / 8GB RAM with 128 GB Storage, you can expand storage up to 512GB via micro SD card slot. It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo OS.


  The Galaxy A9 comes with quad rear camera setup, It has a 24MP primary rear camera with f/1.7 aperture, 10MP wide-angle lens with f/2.4 aperture, 8MP 120° Ultra Wide camera with f/2.4 aperture and 5MP with f/2.2 depth camera and LED flash. It has a 24MP front camera with f/2.0 aperture. It can support face unlock.


  The Galaxy A9 has a fingerprint sensor on the back. It has 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac (2.4/5GHz), VHT80, Bluetooth v5, GPS + GLONASS and NFC (Optional) connectivity. It has USB Type-C port and 3.5mm audio jack, it can support Dolby Atmos. It packs a 3800mAh battery, it can support adaptive fast charging. The Galaxy A9 (2018) comes in Caviar Black, Lemonade Blue and Bubblegum Pink colors.

  The Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) starts at 599 Euros (US$ 690 / Rs. 51,300 approx.) in Europe, 39990 rubles (US$ 599 / Rs. 44,444 approx.) in Russia and £549 (US$ 724 / Rs. 53,720 approx.) in UK and will roll out from November 2018 in select markets.
