Lenovo K5 pro with Snapdragon 636 SoC, Dual front-facing camera launched in China

  The Lenovo K5 pro smartphone has been launched in China. It packs a 5.99-inch (2160 × 1080 pixels) Full HD+ 18:9 2.5D curved glass display with 450 nits Brightness, 83% NTSC Color Gamut, 1500: 1 Contrast Ratio, and it has Corning Gorilla Glass 3 Protection. It comes with Hybrid dual sim card slot.


  The Lenovo K5 pro is powered by the 1.8GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 636 14nm Mobile Platform with Adreno 509 GPU. It has 4GB LPDDR4x RAM with 64GB storage, 6GB LPDDR4x RAM with 64GB / 128GB storage, expandable memory up to 256GB with microSD card via Hybrid slot. It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo OS with ZUI.


  The Lenovo K5 pro comes with dual front-facing and rear camera setup, it has 16MP primary rear camera with f/2.0 aperture, and it has a secondary 5MP rear camera with LED flash. It comes with a 16MP primary front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture, and it has a secondary 5MP front-facing camera. The rear camera can record 4K videos, while the front-facing camera can record only full HD videos.

  The Lenovo K5 pro comes with a rear mounted fingerprint sensor. It has 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS connectivity. It has a USB Type-C port and 3.5mm audio jack. It packs a 4050mAh non-removable Battery, it can support fast charging.

  The Lenovo K5 pro is priced at 998 yuan (US$ 143 / Rs. 10,580 approx.) for the 4GB RAM with 64GB storage version, the 6GB RAM with 64GB storage version costs 1098 yuan (US$ 158 / Rs. 11,640 approx.) and the high end Lenovo K5 pro 6GB RAM with 128GB storage version costs 1298 yuan (US$ 187 / Rs. 13,760 approx.) in China. It will go on sale in China from October 25th.
