Lenovo S5 pro with Snapdragon 636, Dual rear camera setup launched in China

  Lenovo A5 pro smartphone has been launched in China. It packs a 6.2-inch (2246 × 1080 pixels) Full HD+ display with 18.7:9 aspect ratio, 1500:1 contrast ratio. It has unibody metal design. It comes with Hybrid dual sim card slot.


  The Lenovo S5 Pro is powered by the 1.8GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 636 14nm Mobile Platform with Adreno 509 GPU. It has 6GB RAM, 64GB / 128GB storage, expandable memory up to 128GB with microSD card via Hybrid slot. It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo OS with ZUI.

  The Lenovo S5 Pro comes with dual rear and front-facing cameras. It has a 20MP primary rear camera with f/1.8 aperture, and it has a 12MP secondary rear camera with f/2.6 aperture, 2x optical zoom and LED flash. It comes with 20MP primary front-facing camera with Sony IMX476 sensor, f/2.2 aperture, and it has 8MP secondary front-facing camera. It can support face unlock.

  The Lenovo S5 Pro comes with a rear mounted fingerprint sensor. It has 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS connectivity. It has a USB Type-C port and 3.5mm audio jack. It is powered by the 3500mAh battery, it can support fast charging.

  The Lenovo S5 Pro  starts at 1298 yuan (US$ 187 / Rs. 13,755 approx.) for the 6GB RAM and 64GB storage variant, while the price of its 128GB storage variant is yet to be announced. It will go on sale in China from October 23rd.
