Oppo R15X with In-Display fingerprint sensor, Dual rear camera setup launched in China

  Oppo has launched the Oppo R15X smartphone in China. It packs a 6.4-inch (2340 x 1080 pixels) Full HD+ AMOLED 19.5:9 2.5D curved glass display with 91% screen to body ratio, and it has Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. It can support dual sim.


  The company didn't the SoC branding, the company has not been mentioned in the Opposhop listing, certain reports claim that the Oppo R15x is powered by the octa-core Snapdragon 660 SoC. It has 6GB RAM with 128GB internal memory, expandable memory up to 256GB with microSD. It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo OS with ColorOS 5.2.

  The Oppo R15X comes with dual rear camera setup, it has a 16MP primary rear camera and secondary 2MP rear camera with LED flash. In the front, it has 25MP camera with AI enhancements, 800 detection modes, and intelligent beauty features. It can support face unlock.


  The Oppo R15X comes with In-Display fingerprint sensor. It has Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS connectivity. It has microUSB port and 3.5mm audio jack. It packs a 3600mAh non-removable Battery. It comes in Glacial Silver and Nebula colors.

  The Oppo R15X is priced at 2499 yuan (US$ 360 / Rs. 26,495) and will go on sale in China from November 1st.
