Nubia Red Magic 3S Gaming Smartphone launched in India

  ZTE’s nubia brand has launched the Red Magic 3S gaming smartphone India, the Red Magic 3S is the successor of the Red Magic 3, which was launched back in June. it sports a 6.65-inch (2340 × 1080 pixels) Full HD+ AMOLED display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio, 90Hz refresh rate, and 430 nits brightness. It comes with metal body. It has dedicated dual nano SIM card slot.


  It has Touch-sensitive shoulder triggers provide additional hardware buttons without the need for a gamepad accessory. You can configure and custom-map these buttons to suit their game of choice. It also comes with a RGB lighting, you can customize RGB lighting with several effects and over 16.8 million colors with Red Magic’s light effects editor.

  The Red Magic 3S is powered by the 2.96 GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 855 Plus 7nm Mobile Platform with 675MHz Adreno 640 GPU. It packs 8GB LPDDR4x RAM with 128GB (UFS 3.0) storage / 12GB LPDDR4x RAM with 256GB (UFS 3.0) internal storage. Sadly, it does not support microSD card. It runs on Android 9.0 Pie OS with Redmagic OS 2.1 UI.

  The also added active cooling system that uses liquid cooling technology along with an internal turbo fan with upgraded air inlet, making active cooling more efficient to dramatically improving thermal performance. It also has Game Space 2.1, it lets you organize and quick-launch games, fine-tune performance settings and fan speeds, monitor temperature and usage stats in real time, and block notifications for uninterrupted gaming, activated with an additional hardware switch.  This also lets you record in-game videos and share right in.

  The Red Magic 3S also features dual front-facing stereo speakers, DTS:X, and 3D sound technologies that creates a cinematic soundscape, with or without headphones.

  The Red Magic 3S features a single 48MP rear camera with 1/2.0″ Sony IMX586, 0.8μm pixel size, f/1.75 aperture and Dual LED flash. Surprisingly, it does support up to 8K@30fps video recording. It comes with a 16MP front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture.

  The Red Magic 3S features a rear mounted fingerprint sensor, and it also comes with face unlock. It has Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11ac dual-band (2×2 MU-MIMO ), Bluetooth 5, GPS/GLONASS/Beidou connectivity. It has a USB Type-C port and 3.5mm audio jack. It houses a massive 5000mAh battery and it supports 27W QC4.0 fast charging.

  The Nubia Red Magic 3S is priced at Rs. 35,999 for the 8GB RAM with 128GB storage version and the 12GB RAM with 256GB storage version costs Rs. 47,999 in India. It will go on sale in India from Flipkart starting from October 21st.
