Apple AirPods Pro launched
Apple has launched the AirPods Pro, this is the company’s latest AirPods, and the first one with a new in-ear design and Active Noise Cancellation. It has Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity with H1 chip with 10 audio cores. The AirPods Pro require Apple devices running iOS 13.2 or later, iPadOS 13.2 or later, watchOS 6.1 or later, tvOS 13.2 or later, or macOS Catalina 10.15.1 or later, said the company. Each earbud come with three different sizes of soft, flexible silicone ear tips.
The Apple AirPods Pro has got Force sensor, with this feature you can easily play, pause or skip tracks, and answer or hang up phone calls. The AirPods Pro is IPX4 certified for Sweat and water resistant.
The AirPods Pro comes with a interesting feature called Ear Tip Fit Test. The company said that after you place AirPods Pro in each ear, its algorithms and the microphones in each AirPod can detect whether the ear tip is the right size and fits well. It can also suggest if you just need to adjust the tips for a better seal.
The AirPods Pro comes with dual microphone setup. One of these two microphones faces outward and minimises background noise from external sources. AirPods Pro then create an equivalent anti-noise that cancels out background noise before it reaches the listener’s ear. A second inward-facing microphone listens toward the ear, and AirPods Pro cancel remaining noise detected by the microphone.
The AirPods Pro comes with Active Noise Cancellation, it uses two microphones combined with advanced software to continuously adapt to each individual ear and headphone fit. The noise cancellation can be disabled using the AirPods Pro's transparency mode. This allows people to listen to music while hearing background noises. So it will help you to hear traffic and other ambient sounds, if you need to.
The AirPods Pro also has Adaptive EQ, it tunes the low- and mid-frequencies of the music to the shape of an individual’s ear — resulting in a rich, immersive listening experience.
It will provide up to 4.5 hours of listening time with a single charge (up to 5 hours with Active Noise Cancellation and Transparency off), Up to 3.5 hours of talk time with a single charge.
The AirPods Pro's Charging case works with Qi-certified chargers or the Lightning connector. The company said that it will provide more than 24 hours of listening time and 18 hours talk time, 5 minutes in the case provides around 1 hour of listening time or around 1 hour of talk time.
