Realme X Lite with Dual rear camera setup, Snapdragon 710 SoC, Android 9 Pie OS launched

  Along with Realme X, the company has launched the Realme X Lite smartphone in China. The Realme X Lite smartphone is the Chinese version of the Realme 3 pro. However it is slightly cheaper than the realme 3 Pro in India.


Specifications

  It sports a 6.3-inch (2340 × 1080 pixels) Full HD+ display with 19:9 aspect ratio and it has Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. It has dedicated dual sim card slot and a dedicated microSD card slot.

  The Realme 3 pro is powered by the Octa Core Snapdragon 710 10nm Mobile Platform (Dual 2.2GHz Kryo 360 + Hexa 1.7GHz Kryo 360 CPUs) with Adreno 616 GPU. It has 4GB (LPPDDR4x) RAM with 64GB storage, 6GB (LPPDDR4x) RAM with 64GB/128GB internal storage storage, and you can expand memory up to 256GB with microSD card via dedicated microSD card slot. It runs on Android 9 Pie OS with ColorOS 6 on top.

  The Realme X Lite features a dual rear camera setup, it has a 16MP primary rear camera with 1/2.6″ Sony IMX519 1.22μm sensor, f/1.7 aperture, EIS, and a 5MP secondary rear camera with f/2.4 aperture and LED flash. It can record 4K@30fps videos and it does support 960fps super slo-mo video recording. The Company also allows you to take 64MP resolution pictures. It packs a 25MP front-facing camera with 1/2.8″ sensor and f/2.0 aperture. It does support face unlock.

  The Realme X lite comes with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. It has Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS connectivity. It has a microUSB port and 3.5mm audio jack. It packs a 4045mAh battery and it supports VOOC 3.0 fast charging.

Price and availability

  The Realme X is priced at 1199 yuan (US$ 174 / Rs. 12,260 approx.) for the 4GB RAM with 64GB storage, 1299 yuan (US$ 189 / Rs. 13,290 approx.) for the 6GB RAM with 64GB storage, and the top-end 6GB RAM with 128GB storage version costs 1499 yuan (US$ 218 / Rs. 15,334 approx.) in China.
