Amazon Echo Show 5 launched in India and priced at Rs. 8,999



   Amazon has launched the Echo 5 Show in India. The new Echo Show 5 sports a 5.5-inch touchscreen. It is powered by MediaTek MT 8163 processor. It is compatible with Fire OS, Android, and iOS devices. It has Full range 1.65” built-in speaker. It comes with a 3.5 mm stereo audio output and dual microphones.


  It features a 1MP HD camera and it supports 720p video recording. You can also turn the microphone and camera off with a press of a button. And the built-in shutter lets you easily cover the camera. It has Bluetooth and Dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac connectivity.


  Make hands-free video calls to smartphones with Alexa app, Skype or other Echo devices with screen. Use drop-in feature to check on your kids or parents, by instantly connecting to Echo Show 5 via the Alexa app.

  You can control every smart home devices with Echo Show 5, and you can control it with simple interactive display or use your voice. Just ask Alexa to control smart lights or view security cameras. You can create routines to let Alexa manage daily tasks like switching on the geyser using smart plug.

   Amazon Echo Show is priced at Rs. 8,999 in India. Now it is available for pre-order on Amazon.in and goes on sale from July 18th.

  Amazon also announced a new ways to delete your voice recordings on all Alexa-enabled devices by simply saying, “Alexa delete everything I said today”. Upon receiving this command, the respective recordings will be deleted. The Company said that this feature will be rolled out soon.
