OnePlus 7 with Snapdragon 855, Dual rear camera setup, 16mp front-facing camera launched in India

  OnePlus has launched the OnePlus 7 smartphone in India. It has a 6.41-inch (2340 × 1080 pixels) Full HD+ Optic AMOLED display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio, sRGB color gamut and DCI-P3 color gamut. It has 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass protection. It comes with a waterdrop notch. It comes with Glass back and it has It has a 3D Corning Gorilla Glass protection. It has dual sim card slot.


  The OnePlus 7 is powered by the Octa-Core Snapdragon 855 7nm Mobile Platform (1 x 2.84GHz Kryo 485 + 3 x 2.42GHz Kryo 485 + 4x 1.80GHz Kryo 485) with Adreno 640 GPU. It has 6GB LPDDR4X RAM with 128GB (UFS 3.0) storage, 8GB LPDDR4X RAM with 256GB (UFS 3.0) storage, it does not support storage expansion. It runs on Android 9.0 (Pie) with OxygenOS 9.5 on top.

  The OnePlus 7 comes with dual rear camera setup. It has a 48MP primary rear camera with f/1.6 aperture, 1/2.25″ Sony IMX586 sensor, 0.8μm pixel size, OIS, EIS, and a 5MP secondary camera with 1.12 µm pixel size, f/2.4 aperture and Dual LED Flash. It supports 4K@30/60fps, 1080p@30/60/240fps and 720p@480fps video recording.


  It has a 16MP front-facing camera with Sony IMX471 sensor, f/2.0 aperture, 1.0μm pixel size. The front-facing camera supports Full HD video recording. It also supports face unlock.

  The OnePlus 7 features a In-Display fingerprint sensor. It has 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS (L1 + L2 Dual Band) + GLONASS connectivity. It has a USB Type-C port and there is no 3.5mm audio jack. It comes with stereo speakers and supports Dolby Atmos. It houses a 3700mAh battery and it supports 20W fast charging.

Price and availability

  The OnePlus 7 is priced at Rs. 32,999 for the 6GB RAM with 128GB storage version and the 8GB RAM with 256GB storage version in Red costs Rs. 37999 in India. It will go on sale sometime in June.
