Xiaomi Redmi 6A with 13MP rear camera, dual 4G VoLTE connectivity launched in India, price starts at Rs. 5,999

  Xiaomi has launched the Redmi 6A smartphone in India. The Redmi 6A has a 5.45-inch (1440 × 720 pixels) HD+ 2.5D curved glass display with 18:9 aspect ratio. It has polycarbonate body. It has dedicated dual sim card and a microSD card slot. In terms of design, both Redmi 6 and Redmi 6A smartphons looks identical. It also has a polycarbonate body.


  The Redmi 6A is powered by a 2GHz Quad-Core MediaTek Helio A22 12nm processor with 650MHz IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU. It has 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage, expandable memory up to 256GB with microSD card via dedicated microSD card slot. This smartphone is running on Android 8.1 (Oreo) with MIUI 9 out of the box.

  The Redmi 6A has 13MP rear camera with PDAF, f/2.2 aperture and LED flash. It has 5MP front-facing camera with f/2.2 aperture. It has also face unlock feature.


  The Redmi 6A has 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS + GLONASS connectivity. It has microUSB port and 3.5mm Audio jack. It packs a3000mAh battery.

  The Xiaomi Redmi 6A is priced at Rs. 5,999 for the 2GB RAM with 16GB storage version and the 32GB storage version of it costs Rs. 6,999 in India. It will be available exclusively on Amazon.in and Mi.com starting from September 19th.
