Honor 8X Max with 5000mAh battery, 7.12-inch full HD+ display launched in China



  Honor has launched the Honor 8X smartphone in China. The Honor 8X Max packs a 7.12-inch (2244×1080 pixels) Full HD+ 18.7:9 2.5D curved glass display, 72% NTSC Color Gamut. It has Hybrid dual sim card slot. It can support dual 4G VoLTE connectivity.

  The Honor 8X Max is powered by the Octa-Core Snapdragon 660 14nm Mobile Platform (Quad 2.2GHz Kryo 260 + Quad 1.8GHz Kryo 260 CPUs) with Adreno 512 GPU / 1.8GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 636 14nm Mobile Platform with Adreno 509 GPU. It has 4GB RAM with 64GB / 128GB internal storage, 6GB RAM with 64GB storage, you can expand memory up to 256GB with microSD card via Hybrid slot. It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo with EMUI 8.2.


  The Honor 8X Max comes with dual rear camera setup, it has 16MP rear camera with f/2.0 aperture, and it has a 2MP secondary camera with f/2.4 aperture and LED flash. It has a single 8MP front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture. It can support face unlock.

  The Honor 8X Max has a fingerprint sensor on the back. It has Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz / 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS connectivity. It has microUSB port and 3.5mm audio jack. It packs a huge 5000mAh battery, it can support 9V/2A fast charging.

  The Honor 8X Max is priced at 1499 yuan (US$ 219 / Rs. 15,815 approx.) for the 4GB RAM with 64GB storage version and the 128GB storage version costs 1799 yuan (US$ 263 / Rs. 18,985 approx.) in China. It is available for order and goes on sale from September 11th in China. The Snapdragon 660 version with 6GB RAM and 64GB storage will go on sale in October.
