Vivo X23 with In-Display fingerprint sensor, Snapdragon 670 SoC launched in China



  Vivo has launched the Vivo X23 smartphone in China, this is the latest top-end smartphone in the ‘X series’. Vivo X23 packs a 6.41-inch Full HD Super AMOLED display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio, 1.76 mm slim bezels on the sides, 91.27 % screen-to-body ratio, the company calls it Halo FullView display. It has 3D glass body. It can support dual sim.


  The Vivo X23 is powered by the Octa-Core Snapdragon 670 ( 2 x 2GHz Kryo 360 (performance) + 6 x 1.7GHz Kryo 360 (efficiency)) 10nm Mobile Platform with Adreno 615 GPU. It has 8GB RAN with 128GB internal storage. It runs on Funtouch OS 4.5 based on Android 8.1 (Oreo) out of the box.



  The Vivo X23 comes with dual rear camera setup, it has a 12MP primary rear camera with dual-tone LED flash, Sony IMX363 sensor, f/1.8 aperture, 1/2.8″ sensor, 1.4μm aperture, and it has a secondary 13MP camera with 125° wide-angle lens. The Vivo X23 comes with a single 12MP front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture. It can support face unlock.

  The Vivo X23 comes with a In-Display fingerprint sensor that can unlock the phone in 0.35 seconds. It has Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz / 5GHz) 2×2 MIMO , Bluetooth 5 LE, GPS + GLONASS connectivity. It has a microUSB port, 3.5mm audio jack and AK-4377A amplifier. It packs a 3400mAh battery and it can support fast charging. The smartphone comes in Phantom Purple, Phantom Red and Midnight Blue colours as well as Fashion Purple and Fashion Orange colors with Vivo logo on the back,

  The Vivo X23 is priced at 3498 yuan (US$ 512 / ₹ 36,770 approx.) in China, it will go on sale in China from September 14th.
