Samsung Galaxy J2 Core Android Go edition smartphone announced

  Samsung has introduced Galaxy J2 Core (SM-J260), this is the company’s first Android Oreo (Go edition) smartphone. It packs a 5-inch (540 x 960 pixels) qHD TFT display. It has dual sim card slot. It can support 4G VoLTE connectivity.


  It is powered by the 1.4GHz Quad-Core Exynos 7570 14nm processor with Mali-T720 MP1 GPU. It has 1GB RAM and 8GB storage, you can expand memory with microSD card. It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo (Go edition) OS.


  The Galaxy J2 Core comes with 8MP rear camera with f/2.2 aperture and LED flash. It has a 5MP front-facing camera with f/2.2 aperture. There is no fingerprint sensor, and it doesn't support face unlock. It has 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2 LE and GPS connectivity. It has a microUSB port and 3.5mm Audio jack. It packs a 2600mAh battery.

  Samsung Galaxy J2 will be available in Malaysia and India beginning August 24th, 2018. No details about the price.
