Oppo R17 with In-Display fingerprint sensor, Snapdragon 670 SoC launched

  Oppo has launched the Oppo R17 smartphone. The Oppo R17 packs a 6.4-inch (2280 x 1080 pixels) Full HD+ 19:9 aspect ratio display with 91.5% screen-to-body ratio, Corning Gorilla Glass 6 protection. It has Dual sim card slot. It can support dual 4G VoLTE connectivity.


  The Oppo R17 is powered by the Octa-Core Snapdragon 670 ( 2 x 2GHz Kryo 360 (performance) + 6 x 1.7GHz Kryo 360 (efficiency)) 10nm Mobile Platform with Adreno 615 GPU. It has 6GB / 8GB RAM with 128GB internal storage. It runs on ColorOS 5.2 based on Android 8.1 Oreo OS.

  The Oppo R17 comes with a 16MP rear camera with f/1.8 aperture, and it has a 5MP secondary rear camera and LED flash. It has a 25MP front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture, AI, Sony IMX576 sensor, 3D Portrait. It can support face unlock.

  The Oppo R17 smartphone comes with In-display fingerprint sensor. It has Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS connectivity. It has a USB Type-C port and 3.5mm Audio jack. It packs a 3500mAh battery and it can support (5V/4A) VOOC Flash charge.

  The Oppo R17 6GB RAM with 128GB storage version of the smartphone at 3199 yuan (Rs. 32,880 approx.) and the High-end 8GB RAM + 128GB internal storage version costs 3499 yuan (Rs. 35,970 Approx.) in China. This smartphone is now available for pre-order in China.

  LG has introduced the LG V50 ThinQ smartphone at MWC 2019, this is the company’s first 5G smartphone. It sports a 6.4-inch (3120 x 1440 pixels) 19.5:9 FullVision OLED Display.
