Moto Z3 with 5G Moto mod launched in US
Moto Z3 smartphone has been launched in US, this this a flagship level smartphone from Motorola. Lenovo-owned Motorola has additionally partnered with Qualcomm to launch a 5G Moto Mod that will enable the next-generation network access on the Moto Z3. Motorola has also introduced 5G moto mod with built-in 2000mAh battery that will make the Z3 world’s first smartphone with access to Verizon’s 5G Network when it launches in select areas in 2019. Like other Moto Z series smartphones it can support Moto mods.
The Moto Z3 packs a 6-inch (1080 x 2160 pixels) Full HD+ Super AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It has aircraft-grade 6000 series aluminum frame, it has Glass back with Corning Gorilla Glass protection. It has nano sim card slot. This smartphone comes with water-repellent P2i coating. It can support 4G VoLTE connectivity.
Moto Z3 smartphone is powered by the 2.45GHz Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 Mobile Platform with Adreno 540 GPU. It has 4GB RAM and 64GB Internal storage, you can expand memory up to 2TB with microSD card via dedicated microSD card slot. This smartphone is running on Android 8.1 (Oreo) OS. This smartphone supports Moto Display and Moto Actions. The navigation button allows users to swipe left to go back, right to access recent apps, and tap to go home.
The Moto Z3 comes with dual rear camera setup, it has 12MP monochrome + 12MP RGB dual rear cameras with f/2.0 aperture, 1.25um pixel size, Laser Autofocus (pDAF), Color Correlated Temperature (CCT) dual LED flash, Zero Shutter Lag (ZSL). It has a 8MP front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture, 1.12um pixel size, wide-angle 84° lens and the company provided the screen flash. The rear camera can record up to 4K videos, while the front-facing camera can record only 1080p videos. It can support face unlock.
This smartphone comes with Side-mounted Fingerprint sensor. It has Front port loud speaker and 4 far-field mic system. It has a USB Type-C port and it lacks a 3.5mm Audio jack. It has 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4 GHz + 5 GHz), Bluetooth 5 LE, GPS and NFC connectivity. It packs a 3000mAh battery with Turbocharging.
The Moto Z3 is priced at US $480 (₹ 32,890 approx.) in retail or on contract at $20 a month for 24 months exclusively through Verizon starting on 16th August, and the the 5G moto mod will be available in the US exclusively in early 2019, but no details about its price.
