Microsoft Surface Laptop launched in India, price starts at Rs. 86,999



  Microsoft has launched the Surface Laptop in India. It was introduced back in May last year. The Surface Laptop has a 13.5-inch (2256 x 1504 pixels) PixelSense 10 point multi-touch Display with 3:2 aspect ratio, and it has Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It has Alcantara fabric-covered keyboard.


  The Microsoft Surface Laptop is powered by 7th Generation Intel Core i5 or i7 processor with Intel HD 620 (i5) / Intel® Iris Plus Graphics 640 (i7). The Surface Laptop comes with 8GB, or 16GB RAM RAM, it has 128GB, 256GB, or 512GB SSD storage. This laptop is running on Windows 10 S OS. It has Ambient light sensor. The Surface Laptop comes with TPM chip for Enterprise-grade protection with Windows Hello face sign-in.

  It has Wi-Fi 802.11ac Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 LE connectivity. It has USB 3.0, 3.5mm Audio jack, Mini DisplayPort, Surface Connect ports. Surprisingly there is no USB Type-C port and USB 2.0 port. The Surface laptop comes with Stereo microphones and it has Omnisonic speakers with Dolby Audio Premium. The company said it will give you up to 14.5 hours of battery life.
