Nokia 6.2 with triple rear camera setup, Snapdragon 636 SoC, Android 9 pie OS announced
HMD Global has announced Nokia 6.2, the company’s latest mid-range Android One smartphone at the IFA 2019. The Nokia 6.2 sports a 6.39-inch ( 1080 × 2340 pixels) Full HD+ HDR 10 PureDisplay with 19.5:9 aspect ratio and 500nit brightness. The display has got Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. This smartphone is crafted from polymer composite that’s twice as strong as polycarbonate and half the weight of aluminium, and features Corning Gorilla Glass 3 on the back. It has dedicated dual nano SIM card and a dedicated microSD card slot.
The Nokia 6.2 is powered by the 1.8GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 636 14nm Mobile Platform with Adreno 509 GPU. It packs 3GB LPPDDR4x RAM with 32GB (eMMC 5.1) internal storage / 4GB LPPDDR4x RAM with 64GB / 128GB (eMMC 5.1) internal storage, and you can expand storage up to 512GB with microSD card. It runs on Android 9 pie OS out of the box. Like other Nokia smartphones it is an Android One smartphone. It also has a dedicated Google Assistant button.
The Nokia 6.2 features a triple rear camera setup, it has a 16MP primary rear camera with f/1.8 aperture, LED flash, a 8MP 118° ultra-wide angle lens with f/2.2 aperture, and a 5MP depth sensor. It comes with 8MP front camera with ZEISS optics and f/2.0 aperture.
The Nokia 6.2 features a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. It has Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS and NFC (excluding Latin America, USA and India) connectivity. It has a USB Type-C port and 3.5mm audio jack. It houses a 3500mAh battery.

The Nokia 6.2 smartphone is priced at €199 (US$ 219 / Rs. 15,790 approx.) for the 3GB RAM with 32GB storage model and €249 (US$ 274 / Rs. 19,750 approx.) for the 4GB RAM with 64GB storage model, and will be available from October.
