Oppo A9 2020 with Quad rear camera setup, Snapdragon 665 SoC, 5000mAh battery launched in India

  Oppo A9 (2020) smartphone has been launched in India. It sports a 6.5-inch (1600 x 720 pixels) HD+ display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio, 1500:1 contrast ratio, 480 nit brightness, and it has got Corning Gorilla Glass 3+ protection. It comes with polycarbonate body. It has a dedicated dual nano SIM card and a dedicated microSD card slot.


  The new Oppo A9 is powered by the Octa Core Snapdragon 665 11nm Mobile Platform (Quad 2GHz Kryo 260 + Quad 1.8GHz Kryo 260 CPUs) with Adreno 610 GPU. It packs 4GBGB / 8GB LPDDR4x RAM with 128GB Internal storage, and you can expand storage up to 256GB with microSD card. It runs on Android 9 pie OS with ColorOS 6 UI.


  The new Oppo A9 features a quad rear camera setup, it has a 48MP primary rear camera with 1/2.25″ sensor, 0.8μm pixel size, f/1.8 aperture, EIS, a 8MP 119° ultra-wide angle lens with f/2.25 aperture, 1.12μm pixel size, a 2MP depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture, 1.75μm pixel size, and 2MP macro lens with with f/2.4 aperture, 1.75μm pixel size and LED flash. It comes with 16MP front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture and 1.0um pixel size.

  The Oppo A9 (2020) features a rear mounted fingerprint sensor. It hasDual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 5, GPS/ GLONASS/ Beidou connectivity. It has a microUSB port and 3.5mm audio jack. It houses a massive 5000mAh battery.

  The OPPO A9 (2020) is priced at Rs. 16,990 for the 4GB RAM with 128GB storage version and the 8GB RAM with 128GB storage version costs Rs. 19,990 in India. It will be available from Amazon starting 16th September and offline on 19th September.
