Oppo A9 with Dual rear camera setup, MediaTek Helio P70 SoC, 16mp front-facing camera launched in India



  Oppo A9 smartphone has been launched in India. It has a 6.5-inch (2340 x 1080 pixels) Full HD+ display. It has 3D gradient back panel. It supports dual SIM.


  It is powered by the Octa-Core MediaTek Helio P70 12nm processor (Quad 2.1GHz Cortex A73 + Quad 2GHz Cortex A53 CPUs) with 900MHz ARM Mali-G72 MP3 GPU. It packs 4GB RAM with 128GB storage, and expandable storage up to 256GB with microSD card. It runs on Android 9 pie OS with ColorOS 6.0 UI.


  The Oppo A9 features a dual rear camera setup, it has a 16MP rear camera and a 2MP secondary camera with LED flash. It comes with a 16MP front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture. It supports face unlock. It has rear mounted fingerprint sensor. Both rear and front-facing cameras supports 1080p and 720p video recording.

  The Oppo A9 has Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 4.2, GPS/GLONASS connectivity. It has a microUSB port and a 3.5mm audio jack. It houses a 4020mAh battery. It comes in Mica Green, Jade White and Fluorite Purple colours.

  The Oppo A9 is priced at Rs. 15,490 in India. The smartphone will be available for sale from both online and offline stores starting from July 20.
