Lenovo Z6 with triple rear camera setup, Snapdragon 730 SoC, 4000mAh battery launched

  Lenovo Z6 smartphone has been launched in China. It sports a 6.39-inch (2340 x 1080 pixels) FHD+ OLED HDR10 Display with DCI-P3 Color Gamut, 93.1% screen-to-body ratio, and it comes with a waterdrop notch. It has a roll cage design, it features G2+ curved frame and uses ICM process and 10 layers of nano-scale coating creating a 3D dazzling effect on the back. It has a 7.97mm slim body. It comes with dedicated dual SIM card and a dedicated microSD card slot.


  The Lenovo Z6 is powered by the Octa Core (2.2GHz Dual + 1.8GHz Hexa) Snapdragon 730 Mobile Platform with Adreno 618 GPU. It packs 6GB RAM with 64GB / 128GB storage, 8GB RAM with 128GB storage, and you can expand storage up to 512GB with microSD card via dedicated microSD card slot. It runs on Android 9.0 (Pie) with ZUI 11.


  The Lenovo Z6 features a triple rear camera setup, it has a 24MP primary rear camera with Sony IMX576 sensor, f/1.8 aperture, LED flash, a 8MP Telephoto lens with f/2.4 aperture for 2x loss-less zoom, and a 5MP depth of field lens with f/2.4 aperture. It comes with a 16MP front-facing camera. The rear camera setup can record videos at 4K@30fps and it does support 1080p@120fps slow motion video recording. While the front-facing camera supports only 1080p@30fps video recording. It also supports face unlock.

  The Lenovo Z6 features a In-Display fingerprint sensor. It has Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz and 5GHz), Bluetooth 5 LE, GPS connectivity. It has USB Type-C port and 3.5mm audio jack. It also comes with Dolby Atmos audio. It houses a 4000mAh battery and supports 18W fast changing.

Price and Availability

  The Lenovo Z6 is priced at 1899 yuan (US$ 276 / Rs. 19,020 approx.) for the 6GB RAM with 64GB storage version, 2099 yuan (US$ 305 / Rs. 21,030 approx.) for the 6GB RAM with 128GB storage version and the top-end 8GB RAM with 128GB storage version costs 2499 yuan (US$ 363 / Rs. 25,040 approx.). It is now available for pre-order and it will goes on sale in China from 9th July.
