Redmi 7A launched in India, price starts at Rs. 5,799

  Redmi 7A smartphone has been launched in India. The Redmi 7A has a 5.45-inch (1440 x 720 pixels) 18:9 2.5D curved glass display. No details about the display protection. It comes with dedicated dual sim and microSD card slot. It has polycarbonate body. It also comes with P2i splash resistant coating.


  It is powered by the Octa-Core (Quad 1.95GHz Cortex A53 + Quad 1.45GHz Cortex A53) Snapdragon 439 Mobile Platform with Adreno 505 GPU. It has 2GB RAM with 16GB storage / 3GB RAM with 32GB storage, and you can expanda memory up to 256GB with microSD card via dedicated microSD card slot. It runs on Android 9.0 Pie with MIUI 10 on top.

  The Redmi 7A has a 13MP rear camera with PDAF and LED flash. It comes with 5MP front-facing camera and supports face unlock. Sadly, there is no fingerprint sensor. The Redmi 7A has Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS connectivity. It has a microUSB port and 3.5mm audio jack. It houses a 4000mAh battery.

  The Redmi 7A is priced at Rs. 5799 (Only till this July, after that it will cost Rs. 5999) for the 2GB RAM with 16GB storage version and the 2GB RAM with 32GB storage version costs Rs. 5999 (Only till this July, after that it will cost Rs. 6199) in India. It comes with 2 years of warranty. It will be available on Flipkart, Mi.com and Mi Home offline stores starting from July 11th.
