Huawei Nova 5i pro with Kirin 810 SoC, quad rear camera setup, 32MP front-facing camera launched



  Huawei Nova 5i Pro smartphone has been launched in China. It sports a 6.26-inch (2340×1080 pixels) Full HD+ IPS display with DCI-P3 wide color gamut and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. It comes with a punch hole camera. It has got Hybrid dual sim card slot.


  The Nova 5i Pro is powered by the Octa-Core Kirin 810 7nm (2x 2.27GHz Cortex-A76 +6 x 1.88GHz Cortex-A55) processor with ARM Mali-G52 MP6 GPU. It packs 6GB / 8GB LPDDR4x RAM with 128GB storage / 8GB RAM with 256GB storage, and you can expandable storage up to 256GB with microSD card via Hybrid slot. It runs on Android 9.0 (Pie) with EMUI 9.1.1.


  The Nova 5i Pro packs quad rear camera setup, it has a 48MP primary rear camera with Sony IMX586 sensor, f/1.8 aperture, 8MP Ultra Wide Angle lens, a 2MP f/1.75 aperture camera for macro, and a 2MP f/2.4 aperture camera for depth sensing. It comes with a 32MP front camera with f/2.0 aperture. It does support face unlock.

  The Nova 5i Pro features a rear mounted fingerprint sensor. It has Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz and 5GHz), Bluetooth 5 LE, GPS connectivity. It has USB Type-C port and 3.5mm audio jack. It houses a 4000mAh battery with support for 20W fast charging that can charge the phone up to 50% in 30 minutes.

  The Huawei Nova 5i Pro is priced at 2199 yuan (US$ 319 / Rs. 22,065 approx.) for the 6GB RAM with 128GB storage, 2499 yuan (US$ 363 / Rs. 25,070 approx.) for the 8GB RAM with 128GB storage and the top-end 8GB RAM with 256GB storage version costs 2799 yuan (US$ 406 / Rs. 28,080 approx.). Now it is available for pre-order and goes on sale in China from August 2nd.
