Realme 5 Pro with Quad Rear camera setup, Snapdragon 712 AIE SoC, 16MP selfie camera launched in India, price starts at Rs. 13,999



  The Realme 5 pro smartphone has been launched in India. It sports a 6.3-inch FHD+ display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio, 90.6% screen-to-body ratio and 450nits brightness. No details about the display protection. The Redmi 5 Pro comes with polycarbonate body and it has dedicated dual nano SIM card slot and a dedicated microSD card slot.

  The Realme 5 Pro is powered by the Octa-Core Snapdragon 712AIE 10nm Mobile Platform (Dual 2.3GHz Kryo 360 + Hexa 1.7GHz Kryo 360 CPUs) with Adreno 616 GPU. It packs 4GB / 6GB LPPDDR4x RAM with 64GB (UFS 2.1) storage, 6GB LPPDDR4x RAM with 128GB (UFS 2.1) storage, and you can expand storage up to 256GB with microSD card via dedicated microSD card slot. It runs on Android 9 pie OS with ColorOS 6 UI.


  The Realme 5 Pro features a quad rear camera setup, it has a 48MP Sony IMX586 primary rear camera with with f/1.79 aperture, 6P lens, PDAF, a 8MP ultra wide angle camera with f/2.25 aperture, a 2MP depth sensor and a 2MP macro camera with LED flash. It comes with a 16MP Sony IMX471 front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture and 5P lens. Both front and rear camera setup does support EIS, So you can record stable videos without any issues.

It has a USB Type-C port and 3.5mm audio jack. It has Light sensor, Proximity sensor, Magnetic induction sensor, Gyro-meter and Acceleration sensor. It houses a 4035mAh battery, and supports VOOC 3.0 fast charging. You will get a VOOC 3.0 fast charger in the box.

  The Realme 5 Pro is priced at Rs. 13,999 for 4GB RAM + 64GB internal storage version, the 6GB RAM + 64GB Internal storage version is priced at Rs. 14,999 and the high-end 8GB RAM + 128GB storage version costs Rs. 16,999 in India. It will be available on Flipkart, Realme online store and offline stores starting from 4th September.
