Samsung Galaxy A70 with Snapdragon 675, triple rear camera, Android 9 Pie OS launched in India

  Samsung has launched the Galaxy A70 smartphone in India. It sports a 6.7-inch (2400 x 1080 pixels) Full HD+ 20: 9 Infinity-U Super AMOLED display. It has a dedicated dual sim card slot and a dedicated microSD card slot. It has dual 4G VoLTE connectivity. The phone has a polycarbonate body with gradient finish.


  The Galaxy A70 is powered by the 2GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 675 Mobile Platform with Adreno 612 GPU. It has 6GB of RAM with 128GB internal Storage, you can expand storage up to 512GB via microSD card. It runs on Android 9.0 (Pie) with Samsung One UI. Additionally, the Galaxy A70 includes Samsung Health, Samsung Pay, Bixby, and more.

  The Galaxy A70 comes with triple rear cameras, it has a 32MP primary rear camera with with f/1.7 aperture, a 5MP depth sensor with f/2.2 aperture, and a 8MP 123° ultra-wide angle camera with f/2.2 aperture and LED flash. The rear camera does support 4K video recording at 30fps. It has a 32MP front camera with f/2.0 aperture. The front-facing camera can record upto 1080p@30fps videos. It supports face unlock.

  The Galaxy A70 features a In-Display fingerprint sensor. It has Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS connectivity. It has a USB Type-C port. It packs a 4500mAh battery with 25W super fast charging.

  The Samsung Galaxy A70 is priced at Rs. 28,990 in India and will be available for pre-order from between April 20 and April 30. Consumers who pre-book the Galaxy A70 they will get a chance to purchase Samsung U Flex, Bluetooth headset worth Rs. 3,799 for Rs. 999. It will be available across all retail stores, Samsung e-Shop and Samsung Opera House as well as Flipkart from May 1st.
