LG K12+ with 5.7-inch HD+ Display, MediaTek Helio P22 SoC launched in Brazil



  LG has launched the LG K12+ (LG-LMX420) smartphone in Brazil, it has similar specifications as the K40 that was introduced as the MWC earlier this year. It sports a 5.7-inch (1440 × 720 pixels) HD+ 18:9 2.5D curved glass display. As usual like other LG smartphones it is MIL-STD-810G compliant that can withstand impact, vibration, high temperature, low temperature, thermal shock, and humidity. It has a dedicated dual sim card and a dedicated microSD card slots.

  The LG K12+ is powered by the 2GHz Octa-Core MediaTek Helio P22 (MT6762) 12nm processor with 650MHz IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU. It packs 3GB RAM with 32GB storage, you can expand storage with microSD card via dedicated microSD card slot. It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo OS.


  It comes with a 16MP rear camera with LED flash, and it has a 8MP front-facing camera with LED flash. It features a rear mounted fingerprint sensor. It has 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS + GLONASS connectivity. It has a microUSB port and a 3.5mm audio jack. It packs a 3000mAh battery.

  The LG K12+ is priced at 1,199 Brazilian Real (US$305 / Rs. 21,190 approx.) and is available in Brazil.
