ROG Mothership GZ700 and ZEPHYRUS S GX701 announced

  Asus’s ROG brand has introduced the Mothership GZ700 and ZEPHYRUS S GX701 ultra-slim gaming laptops at CES 2019. These two gaming laptops have ultra-fast 144Hz/3ms G-Sync display. These two gaming laptops are powered by the NVIDIA GeForce RTX graphics.

   ROG Mothership GZ700 packs a 17.3-inches FHD (1920 x 1080) IPS-level panel display with 144Hz, 3ms, 100% sRGB, Optimus, G-SYNC. It comes with a detachable keyboard, it will work on wired or wireless modes, packs Per-key Aura Sync RGB backlighting and the keyboard has 2.5mm travel distance, N-key rollover.


  It is powered by the Intel Core i9-8950HK coupled with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 8GB GDDR6 VRAM. It comes with up to 64GB DDR4 2666MHz SDRAM and 512GB SSD 3 x M.2 NVMe PCIe 3.0 x4. It runs on Windows 10 OS. In terms of connectivity, it has Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200, 2×2 802.11ax Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity. It has HDMI 2.0, Thunderbolt 3, and Type-C USB ports, three USB 3.1 Gen 2 ports and one Gen 1 ports. There are 4 x 4W speakers with Smart Amp technology, and it has Array microphone.
