Lava Z92 with MediaTek Helio P22 SoC, 13MP rear camera launched in India

  Lava has launched the Lava Z92 smartphone in India. It packs a 6.22-inch (1520×720 pixels) HD+ 19:9 IPS 2.5D curved glass display. It comes with dedicated dual SIM and microSD slots. It can support dual 4G VoLTE connectivity.


  The Lava Z92 is powered by the 2GHz Octa-Core MediaTek Helio P22 (MT6762) 12nm processor with 650MHz IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU. It packs 3GB RAM and 32GB internal memory, you can expand memory up to 256GB with microSD card via dedicated microSD card slot. It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo OS.

  The Lava Z92 comes with 13MP rear camera with dual LED flash. It has 8MP front-facing camera. It comes with a rear mounted fingerprint sensor. It has 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2 and GPS connectivity. It packs a 3260mAh battery. It comes in Ocean Blue with Black gradient finish.

  The Lava Z92 is priced at Rs. 9,999 in India. It is available on offline stores. It comes with Rs. 2200 Cashback for Jio users in the form of 44 Cashback vouchers of Rs. 50 each in the MyJio App on Rs. 198 & Rs. 299 Plans and up to 50GB of additional 4G data in the form of one additional data voucher of 5GB per recharge for a maximum of 10 recharges.

My Opinion

  I think this smartphone price should be around Rs. 7,000, become right now lots of smartphones comes with much better processor and dual rear camera setup at this price point. It will be another flop smartphone from Lava. I suggest you to don't buy this smartphone.
