Sony Xperia 1 with triple rear camera setup, 6.5-inch 4K HDR OLED display, Android 9 Pie OS launched

  The Sony Xperia 1 smartphone was launched at MWC 2019. The Xperia 1 sports a 6.5-inch (1644 x 3840 pixels) 4K OLED HDR Display with 21:9 aspect ratio, and it has Corning Gorilla Glass 6 protection. It comes with a glass panel, it has also Corning Gorilla Glass 6 protection. It supports dual sim. It is IP68 certified for water resistant.


  The Sony Xperia 1 is powered by the Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 7nm Mobile Platform with Adreno 640 GPU. It packs 6GB RAM with 128GB internal memory, you can expand memory up to 512GB via microSD card. It runs on Android 9.0 Pie OS out of the box.

  The Sony Xperia 1 comes with triple rear camera setup, it has 12MP rear camera with Exmor RS sensor, 1/2.6″ sensor, f/1.6 aperture, Hybrid OIS/EIS, 1.4μm pixel size, Predictive capture, there is a 12MP secondary rear camera with f/2.4 aperture 1/3.4″ 1.0μm 135° ultra wide-angle, and it has a 12MP rear camera with f/2.4 aperture 1/3.4″ 1.0μm 45° telephoto lens, Hybrid OIS/EIS, 2x optical zoom. It supports 960 fps Super slow motion video recording, and it can record 4K videos. It has a 8MP front-facing camera with 1/ 4″ Exmor RS sensor, f/2.0 aperture, 1.12μm pixel size and 84° wide-angle lens. It supports face unlock.

  The Sony Xperia 1 features a side mounted fingerprint sensor. It has 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz / 5GHz) MIMO, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS/ GLONASS, NFC connectivity. It has a USB Type-C port. It packs a 3300mAh Battery, it comes with Qnovo Adaptive Charging technology, and it supports Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 and Qi Wireless charging.
