Realme 3 with 13MP + 2MP rear camera, MediaTek Helio P70 SoC, Android 9 Pie launched in India, price starts at Rs. 8,999

  Realme has launched the Realme 3 smartphone in India. It sports a 6.2-inch (1520 x 720 pixels) 19:9 HD+ IPS display with 450 nits brightness, and it has Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It comes with polycarbonate body. It has dedicated dual sim card slot and a dedicated microSD card slot. It supports dual 4G VoLTE connectivity.


  The Realme 3 is powered by the Octa Core MediaTek Helio P70 12nm processor (Quad 2.1GHz Cortex A73 + Quad 2GHz Cortex A53 CPUs) with 900MHz ARM Mali-G72 MP3 GPU. It packs 3GB RAM with 32GB storage / 4GB RAM with 64GB storage, you can expand memory up to 256GB with microSD card via dedicated microSD card. It runs on Android 9 Pie OS based on ColorOS 6.0 UI.

  The Realme 3 comes with dual rear camera setup, it has a 13MP rear camera f/1.8 aperture, PDAF, and it has a 2MP secondary rear camera with f/2.4 aperture and LED flash. Sadly, the rear camera doesn't support 4K video recording, it supports Full HD video recording and it can capture slow motion videos at 90fps. It also has a 13MP front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture. It supports face unlock.


  The Realme 3 features a rear mounted fingerprint sensor. It has Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS connectivity. It has a microUSB port and 3.5mm audio jack. It packs a 4230mAh battery.

  The Realme 3 is priced at Rs. 8,999 for the 3GB RAM with 32GB storage version and the 4GB RAM with 64GB storage version costs Rs. 10,999 in India. It will go on sale starting from March 12th on Flipkart and Realme online store. The company said that during the first sale it will offer Rs. 500 instant discount for HDFC Bank cards and EMI. It also offers benefits worth Rs. 5300 for Jio users.


   The company is also launching New Iconic Case in Yellow, Gray and Blue colors at Rs. 599. Realme also confirmed that it will launch the Realme 3 Pro in April.
