Huawei P30 Pro with Quad rear cameras, Kirin 980 SoC, 32MP front-facing camera launched

  HUAWEI launched P30 Pro, the company’s latest flagship smartphone at an event in Paris. It sports a 6.47-inch (2340 x 1080 pixels) FHD+ OLED HDR Display with DCI-P3 Color Gamut, it has a dewdrop notch. It comes with glass back, and it has IP68 ratings for dust and water resistance. It has HUAWEI Acoustic Display Technology that uses electromagnetic sound levitation to project sound from the vibrations in the display to your ear.


  The Huawei P30 Pro is powered by the HUAWEI Kirin 980 (2 x Cortex A76 2.6 GHz + 2 x Cortex A76 1.92 GHz + 4 x Cortex A55 1.8 GHz) processor with 720 MHz ARM Mali-G76MP10 GPU. It packs 8GB LPDDR4x RAM with 128GB / 256GB / 512GB storage. It runs on Android 9.0 (Pie) with EMUI 9.0.

  The Huawei P30 Pro features quad rear cameras, it has a 40MP primary rear camera with f/1.6 aperture, OIS, a 20MP Ultra Wide Angle lens with f/2.2 aperture, there is a 8MP 5x Telephoto lens with OIS, and it has a ToF Depth sensor, Laser AF, PDAF, CAF, AIS. It also has 10x hybrid zoom and 50x digital zoom. The company said that It can capture low light photos with up to ISO 409600. It has a 32-megapixel camera on the front. It supports face unlock.


  The Huawei P30 Pro features a In-Display fingerprint sensor. It has Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz and 5GHz) (wave2), Bluetooth 5 LE, GPS (L1 + L5 dual band) and NFC connectivity. It has a USB Type-C port. It packs a 4200mAh battery and it supports HUAWEI SuperCharge fast charging.

  The Huawei P30 Pro is priced at Euros and will be available starting at 999 Euros (US$ 1,128 / Rs. 77,820) for the 128GB storage version 1099 Euros (US$ 1,240/ Rs. 85,600) for 256GB and the top-end 512GB version costs 1249 Euros (US$ 1,410/ Rs. 97,290). It will be available soon in India, The company has already listed the 128GB storage version in Breathing Crystal or Aurora color variants on Indian website.
