Huawei Maimang 8 with Kirin 710 SoC, Triple rear camera setup, Android 9 Pie OS launched in China

  Huawei has launched the Maimang 8 smartphone in China. This smartphone is the successor of last year’s Maimang 7. It was introduced as P smart+ 2019 and Enjoy 9S recently. It sports a 6.21-inch (2340 x 1080 pixels) Full HD+ 19:5:9 2.5D curved glass display. It has Hybrid dual sim card slot. It does support dual 4G VoLTE connectivity.

  The Huawei Maimang 8 is powered by the Octa-Core Kirin 710 12nm (4 x 2.2GHz Cortex-A73 +4 x 1.7GHz Cortex-A53) with ARM Mali-G51 MP4 GPU. It packs 6GB of RAM and 128GB internal storage, you can expand memory up to 512GB with microSD card via Hybrid slot. It runs Android 9.0 (Pie) with EMUI 9.0.

  The Huawei Maimang 8 comes with triple rear camera setup, it has a 24MP primary rear camera, 2MP depth sensor, and it has a 16MP ultra-wide rear camera. It has 8MP front-facing camera. It supports face unlock. It features rear mounted fingerprint sensor.

  The Huawei Maimang 8 has Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 4.2 LE, GPS + GLONASS connectivity. It has a microUSB port and 3.5mm audio jack. It packs 3400mAh battery.

  The Huawei Maimang 8 is priced at 1899 yuan (US$ 274 / Rs. 19,055 approx.), will be available for order starting today and go on sale from June 12th in China.
