Asus Zenfone 5Z with Dual rear camera, 6.2-inch full HD+ 19:9 aspect ratio display launched in India

  Asus has launched the Zenfone 5Z smartphone in India, this is a latest flagship smartphone from Asus. It packs a packs a 6.2-inch Full HD+ 19:9 Super IPS display with notch design and 90% screen-to-body ratio, 500 nits brightness. It has Corning Gorilla Glass back. This smartphone comes with with AI Display, this feature automatically adjusts the colour temperate. It has Hybrid dual sim card slot. It can support Dual 4G VoLTE connectivity.


  The Zenfone 5Z is powered by the Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 Mobile Platform with Adreno 630 GPU. It has 6GB LPDDR4x RAM with 64GB / 128GB storage, 8GB LPDDR4x RAM with 256GB storage. You can expand memory up to 2TB with microSD card via Hybrid slot. This smartphone is running on Android 8 Oreo with ZenUI 5.0, the company said it will get Android P soon.


  The Zenfone 5Z comes with Dual rear camera. It has a 12MP rear camera with dual-tone LED Flash, Sony IMX363 sensor, 1.4μm pixel size, f/1.8 aperture, 0.03s Tri Tech auto-focus,Dual Pixel PDAF, 4-axis OIS, EIS, Pro mode with RAW support and it has a secondary 8MP rear camera with f/2.0 aperture, OV8856 sensor, 120-degree wide-angle lens. The rear camera can record 4K videos. It has also 8MP front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture, OV8856 sensor and 83-degree wide-angle lens. The front-facing camera can click photos with portrait mode. Asus brings the AI features to camera, the camera can automatically detects up to 16 different types of scenes and adjust the camera settings for perfect picture. This smartphone comes with face unlock.

  The Zenfone 5Z has fingerprint sensor on the back. It has Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS connectivity. It has USB Type-C port, 3.5mm Audio jack and FM radio. This smartphone has Dual speakers with NXP 9874 Smart AMP, it has also dual microphones. This smartphone comes with Hi-Res Audio 192kHz/24b-bit, DTS Headphone: X for 7.1 channel surround sound. The Zenfone 5Z packs a 3300mAh battery with ASUS BoostMaster fast charging and AI charging.
