HTC U12+ with Dual rear camera, Dual front-facing camera, Snapdragon 845 announced
HTC has announced the htc U12+ smartphone, this is a flagship smartphone. The HTC U12+ has a 6-inch (2880 x 1440 pixels) Quad HD+ Super LCD 6 display with HDR10, DCI-P3 and sRGB support, and it has Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. It has a 3D glass body with ultra thin borders. The HTC U12+ is water and dust resistant with IP68 ratings. This smartphone comes with Single or Hybrid Dual SIM (nano + nano / microSD) card slot depending on the market.
The HTC U12+ is powered by Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor with Adreno 630 GPU. It has 6GB RAM and 64GB / 128GB storage (UFS 2.1), you can expand memory up to 2TB with microSD card. This smartphone is running on Android 8.0 (Oreo) with HTC Sense UI on the top. It has Edge Sense 2 that lets you Squeeze to access apps or control the phone.
The HTC U12+ comes with a dual rear camera setup. It has a 12MP HTC UltraPixel 4 rear camera with 1.4μm pixel size, f/1.75 aperture, dual LED flash, PDAF, Laser auto focus, OIS and dual LED flash, and it has secondary 16MP telephoto lens with 1.0μm pixel size, f/2.6 aperture. The rear camera can record videos up to 4k at 60fps, and it can record 240fps slo-mo videos at 1080p. The HTC U12+ has fingerprint sensor on the back and it has face unlock feature. This smartphone has USB Type-C port. The HTC U12+ comes without a 3.5mm Audio jack. So you have to use USB Type-C port for audio, it has HTC USonic with Active Noise Cancellation and HTC BoomSound Hi-Fi edition and it has also Hi-Res audio certified.
