Asus Zenfone Max pro M1 gets a major OTA update with face unlock and more

  Recently, Asus has launched the Zenfone Max pro M1 smartphone in India and price starts at Rs. 10,999. Asus has rolled out a new update to review units, this update brings Face recognition, improves fingerprint sensor, improves gyroscope and audio as well as improvements to the camera.


  In terms of camera improvement, the 8MP front-facing camera now working better. Now colors with the front-facing camera have been improved. Asus didn't included the EIS for camera. Now RAM management working fine, there is no problem in terms of software.

  This OTA update brings Android security patch for April, 2018. The ZenUI logo has been changed to Zenfone logo, you can notice this change on system update screen. Overall, This OTA update improved performance of the Zenfone Max pro M1.
