Xiaomi Mi 6X with Dual rear camera, Android 8.1 Oreo, 20MP front-facing camera launched in China

  Xiaomi has launched Mi 6X smartphone in China, this is a mid-range smartphone. Xiaomi Mi 6X has 5.99-inch (2160×1080 pixels) Full HD+ 2.5D curved glass display with 1500:1 Contrast. No details about display protection. This smartphone comes with metal body. This smartphone has Dual sim card slot. Both sim card slots can support 4G VoLTE connectivity.


  Xiaomi Mi 6X is powered by Octa Core Snapdragon 660 14nm Mobile Platform (Quad 2.2GHz Kryo 260 + Quad 1.8GHz Kryo 260 CPUs) with Adreno 512 GPU. It has 4GB RAM with 64GB storage / 6GB LPDDR 4x RAM with 64GB / 128GB (eMMC 5.1) storage. This smartphone is running on Android 8.1 Oreo with MIUI.

  Xiaomi Mi 6X has 12MP rear camera with f/1.75 aperture, Sony IMX486 sensor, 1.25μm pixel size, it has 20MP secondary rear camera with Sony IMX376 sensor with f/1.75 aperture and LED flash. This smartphone has 20MP front-facing camera with Sony IMX376 sensor and soft LED flash.


  Both front and rear cameras are powered by AI technology, it can detect 206 different scenes for better photos. Mi 6X also has AI-powered translation, and can convert text from Chinese languages to English, French, German, Spanish, Japanese, Korean and Indian languages.

  Xiaomi Mi 6X has rear mounted fingerprint sensor. It has also face unlock feature. It has infrared sensor. It has Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz / 5GHz), Bluetooth 5 LE, GPS + GLONASS connectivity. Xiaomi Mi 6X has USB Type-C port. This smartphone comes without 3.5mm Audio jack. This smartphone is packed with 3010mAh non-removable Battery and it can support Quick charge 3.

This smartphone will go on sale in China from April 27th.
