HP Chromebook X2 with detachable display

   HP has launched Chromebook X2 in USA. This is a world's first 2-in-1 detachable Chromebook. Let's see full details of this Chromebook. HP Chromebook X2 comes with 12.3-inches Quad HD (2400×1600) IPS WLED-backlit touchscreen display and it is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 4. You can use this Chromebook as a tab. In terms of build quality, HP did some good job. It will give you premium look, the 12.3-inch tab comes with with a ceramic white anodized aluminum finish and an almost leather-like Oxford Blue surface on the keyboard.


   HP Chromebook X2 is equipped with Intel Core M3-7Y30 processor and clocked at 2.6 GHz Max Turbo with Intel HD Graphics 615. The base model starts in at 4GB LPDDR3-1600 and goes up to 8 GB total. It packs 32 GB eMMC internal storage that is expandable up to 256 GB through a microSD card slot. HP Chromebook X2 comes with 13MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera.

  This Chromebook has Wi-Fi 802.11ac 2×2 and Bluetooth 4.2 connectivity. It has two USB 3.0 and one Type-C port. HP Chromebook X2 has two integrated stereo HP speakers custom tuned by B&O Play. Also includes the HP Active Pen for sketch, blend, and write capabilities. This Chromebook is packed with 48Wh 4-Cell Lithium-Ion battery and HP promises up to 10 hours of battery life.

   HP Chromebook X2 price starts at $599 (Rs. 38,800 approx) in USA. The HP Chromebook X2 will be available through HP.com and BestBuy starting from June 10th.
