   Flipkart has launched Damage protection plan for mobiles, it is called Flipkart protect. Flipkart protect provides protection against any kind of accidental and liquid damage - from dropped phones to split water. This damage protection plan will cost you Rs. 500.


How to buy Flipkart protect ?

  Just select the option to purchase Flipkart protect while buying your mobile. Then make payment.

Note:

  You will not able to buy Flipkart protect for your old mobile. The Flipkart protect damage protection can only be purchased while you buying mobile.

Claim process:

• call Flipkart protect helpline number
   No: 1800-425-5568

• Submit proof of Invoice copy, Government ID and device images to protect@jeeves.co.in

• Post verification, pay an additional amount of Rs. 500 through online payment link.

• Pack the device as per instructions and keep it ready for pickup.

• The device will be repaired or replaced within 7 - 10 days.
