Google Home and Google Home Mini launched in India

   Google has launched Google home and home mini smart speakers in India. Google has introduced its Google Home smart speaker back in October 2016 and the Google Home Mini was introduced in October last year. Basically, Google Home smart speakers are not only plays music, but also helps in managing your tasks and answer your questions through voice commands. You need to activate it just by saying “Ok Google” and command to play music using Google Play Music, Saavn and Gaana.


   Google Home comes with 2-inch driver and dual 2-inch passive radiators on the sides. On the top, you will get the touch panel with four LED’s, which helps you in adjusting the volume, pause or play audio, and call up the Assistant. It has Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac and it can support both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz, bands. It is compatible with both iOS and Android. It weights around 477g.


   Google home mini comes with 40mm speaker driver. It can support Far field voice recognition for hands free use. It has Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity. It is compatible with iOS and Android devices. This smart speaker will give you 5 hours of battery life. It weights around 173g.

   Both Google Home and Google home mini comes with 6 months free Google Play Music, Saavn and Gaana.

   Google Home and Google Home Mini are priced at Rs. 9,999 and Rs. 4,499 in India. These two smart speakers are available on Flipkart. There are some offers available.
