Honor Magic 2 with 6-cameras, Kirin 980 SoC launched in China, price starts at Rs. 3,799yuan
Huawei's Honor brand has launched the Honor Magic 2 smartphone in China. The Magic 2 sports a 6.39-inch (2340 × 1080 pixels) FHD+ AMOLED 19.5:9 display with 108% DCI-P3 Color Gamut. It comes with slide design. It has dual sim support. This smartphone comes with IPX2 water-protection.
The Honor Magic 2 is powered by the HUAWEI Kirin 980 (2 x Cortex A76 2.6 GHz + 2 x Cortex A76 1.92 GHz + 4 x Cortex A55 1.8 GHz) processor with 720 MHz ARM Mali-G76MP10 GPU. It comes with 6GB LPDDR4x RAM with 128GB storage, 8GB LPDDR4x RAM with 128GB / 256GB storage. It runs on Android 9 Pie OS with EMUI 9.
The Honor Magic 2 comes with triple rear camera setup, it has 16MP rear camera with f/1.8 aperture, 24MP secondary monochrome sensor with f/1.8 aperture and a 16MP super wide angle lens with f/2.2 aperture, LED flash AIS and AI intelligent stabilization. It comes with 16MP front camera with f/ 2.0 aperture, it has 2MP + 2MP f / 2.4 aperture cameras for 3D face unlock.
The Honor Magic 2 comes with a In-Display fingerprint sensor. In terms of connectivity, It has Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz and 5GHz) (wave2), Bluetooth 5 LE, GPS (L1 + L5 dual band), NFC. It has a USB Type-C (GEN1) port. Sadly, there is no 3.5mm audio jack. It packs a 3500mAh battery, it can support 40W SuperCharge.

The Honor Magic 2 is priced at 3799 yuan (US$ 544 / Rs. 40,060 approx.) for the 6GB RAM with 128GB storage version, 4299 yuan (US$ 616 / Rs. 45,330 approx.) for the 8GB RAM with 128GB storage version and the 8GB RAM with 256GB storage version costs 4799 yuan (US$ 688 / Rs. 50,600 approx.) in China. It is now available for pre-order and goes on sale from November 6th.
