Apple MacBook Air (2018) price starts at Rs. 1,14,900 in India



  Apple has introduced the new MacBook Air (2018) at its New York event. The new MacBook Air packs a 13.3-inch (2560×1600 pixels) IPS LED-backlit display with 227 PPI, 16:10 aspect ratio. It comes with Backlit keyboard and it has a Force Touch trackpad.


  The new MacBook Air is powered by the 1.6GHz dual-core 8th Gen Intel Core i5 processor, Turbo Boost up to 3.6GHz, with 4MB L3 cache, Intel UHD Graphics 617. It comes with the T2 security chipset. It has 8GB of 2133MHz LPDDR3 onboard memory with 128GB / 256GB PCIe-based onboard SSD. It runs on macOS. It can support Touch ID. It comes with a 720p FaceTime HD front-facing camera.

  The new MacBook Air has Wi-Fi 802.11ac and Bluetooth 4.2 connectivity. It has Two Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) ports with support for: Charging, DisplayPort, Thunderbolt (up to 40 Gbps), USB 3.1 Gen 2 port (up to 10 Gbps) and 3.5mm headphone Jack. It has Stereo speakers with high dynamic range and it comes with three microphones.

  The MacBook Air packs a Built-in 50.3-watt-hour lithium-polymer battery. The company said that it will give you up to 12 hours wireless web, 13 hours iTunes movie playback, Up to 30 days of standby time. The MacBook Air (2018) comes with 30W USB-C Power Adapter. The new Apple MacBook Air comes in gold, space grey and silver colors.

  The Apple MacBook Air (2018) priced at Rs. 1,14,900 (MRP) for the 128GB storage version and the high-end 256GB storage version costs Rs. 1,34,900 (MRP) in India. It will be available through Authorized Apple resellers across India starting from November 7th.
