Xiaomi Redmi 5 with 12MP rear camera launched in India, and price starts from ₹7,999

  Xiaomi has launched Redmi 5 smartphone in India, this smartphone comes with metal body. It has 5.7-inch (1440 × 720 pixels) HD+ 18:9 2.5D curved glass display with 450 nits Brightness. Again no details about display protection. It has Hybrid dual sim (nano + nano/microSD) card slot.


   Xiaomi Redmi 5 is powered by 1.8GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 450 14nm Mobile Platform with Adreno 506 GPU. It has 2GB RAM with 16GB storage / 3GB RAM with 32GB storage / 4GB RAM with 64GB storage, you can expand memory up to 128GB with microSD card via Hybrid slot. This smartphone is running on Android 7.1.2 (Nougat) with MIUI 9.
