OnePlus 5T

    OnePlus just introduced its flagship OnePlus 5T smartphone at an event in Brooklyn, New York. This is most waited smartphone from OnePlus. This smartphone comes with Aluminum unibody metal design.


    OnePlus 5T has 6.01-inch (2106 ×1080 pixels) Full HD+ Optic AMOLED 2.5D curved glass display with 18:9 aspect ratio, it has also Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection, 80.5% screen-to-body ratio and with DCI-P3 color coverage. It has Dual nano sim card slot.

    OnePlus 5T is powered by 2.45GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 835 64-bit 10nm Mobile Platform with Adreno 540 GPU. It has 6GB LPDDR4x RAM with 64GB storage (UFS 2.1 ), 8GB LPDDR4x RAM with 128GB (UFS 2.1) internal storage. Again OnePlus is not offering MicroSD card slot. This smartphone is running on Android 7.1.1 (Nougat) with Oxygen OS 4.7 and Upgradable to Android 8.0 Oreo.


     OnePlus 5T has 16MP rear camera with dual LED Flash, Sony IMX398 sensor, f/1.7 aperture, 1.12μm pixel size, EIS, secondary 20MP camera with f/1.7 aperture, Sony IMX376K sensor, 1.0μm pixel size. Rear camera can record 4K videos at 30fps, 1080p @60 fps and 720p slow motion at 120fps. OnePlus 5T comes with 16MP front-facing camera with Sony IMX371 sensor, f/2.0 aperture & 1.0μm pixel size.

     OnePlus 5T has fingerprint sensor, but it has been moved to the back. OnePlus 5T has also face recognition feature to unlock the phone.

     OnePlus 5T has 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11ac dual-band (2×2 MU-MIMO ), Bluetooth 5.0 aptX HD and GPS/GLONASS/Beidou connectivity. It has 3.5mm Audio jack and USB Type-C port. This smartphone comes with 3 microphones with noise cancellation and Dirac HD Sound. OnePlus 5T is packed with 3300mAh battery and it can support Dash Charge (5V 4A).

     OnePlus 5T is priced at ₹ 32,999 ($499 in the U.S.) for the 6GB RAM with 64GB storage and the top-end 8GB RAM with 128GB version costs ₹ 37,999 ($559 in the U.S.) in India. It will be available exclusively on Amazon.in starting from 4:30PM on November 21st for Prime customers, OnePlus India Online Store and OnePlus experience store in Bangalore. This smartphone will be available through open sale from OnePlus India Online Store, Amazon.in as well as OnePlus Experience Stores from November 28th.
